I have been studying medicine at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz since 2022 and am currently a 4th-year medical student. My interest in neuroscience is deeply rooted in clinical exposure to neurological disorders with limited therapeutic perspectives, which sparked my dedication to exploring non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS) and its capacity to modulate intrinsic brain activity for future clinical application.

My doctoral research in Prof. Dr. Til Ole Bergmann’s group focuses on transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) to advance our understanding of how targeted neuromodulation shapes neural oscillations and influences behavioral performance.
