I am a medical doctoral student at the NeuroImaging Center. I am currently in the clinical phase of my medical studies and discovered neuroanatomy and neurophysiology for myself early on.
This passion led me to a doctoral research project in the Prof. Dr. Til Ole Bergmann’s Neurostimulation Group, focusing on TUS stimulation of sleep spindles in order to investigate their role in memory consolidation. Through this work I aim to deepen our understanding of brain function to unlock new therapeutic applications for neurostimulation.
