After completing my nursing degree in Cologne, Germany (2013-2016), I started with my medical study at Johannes-Gutenberg-University, Mainz in April 2016. Working in the psychiatry department at the University Hospital, I found my interest in neuroscience especially in new treatments for mental illnesses. Joining the neurostimulation Group of Til Ole Bergmann for my medical doctor thesis, I will be helping investigating the sensorimotor μ-rhythm as cholinergically controlled pulsed inhibition.
